My Account & My Box

Q. What is My Account?

Registering to the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us next time, making it faster to place future orders. Once you have registered with us, you can sign in using your user name and password. We’ll provide you with an address book and a reminder section, to store your recipients details, together with a log of orders previously placed.

Q. I forgot my password!?

Don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. Here’s what you need to do. Step 1: Click here to go to the login page Step 2: Enter your e-mail ID Step 3: Click on the Forgot Password? Link A new password will be sent to your registered email. You can use that password to login to your Account and then reset it in the My Account section.

 Q. I do not remember my login ID and password?

No worries! Please share your order number to support@LocalBox.in.com with a request for your login ID & password. We will provide you with your login credentials.

Q. What is My Box?

Like shopping carts in a retail store & My Cart on other ecommerce website, My Box helps you keep the things you want at one place, while you continue browsing or leave the site to think about it.

Q. Can I remove products in My Box?

Yes, if you wish to remove a particular product from your Cart, click on ‘Manage Your Box’. You will be able to see all products in your cart. Click on the ‘Remove’ button next to the item you wish to remove from your Cart.

Q. Where to track my shipment of the orders?

You can track your order for the latest information on delivery. You will see a ‘Track Order’ option on the top right corner of the page. Enter your order number & click on ‘Track Now’ to see the current status of your order.  

How to place an Order

Q. What are the modes of placing an order with LocalBox.in?

Following are the ways in which you can place an order with us.
  • You can log on to www.localbox.in from your mobile as well.
  • Online – Log on to www.localbox.in and have fun shopping!
  • You can call us +919967211113(08:30 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will be more than happy to assist you in placing your order.
  • You can mail us all the details atsupport@localbox.in and we place an order for you.

Q. What information is required from my end to submit the order?

We would require the following information from you –
  • Recipient’s name
  • Complete delivery address, along with the pin code
  • Contact number of the recipient
  • Date of delivery, in case of midnight delivery make sure about date of delivery.
  • Time of delivery will be needed in case of products that are delivered by hand
  • Sender’s name
  • Shipping option
  • Billing information

Q. How do I find different types of products?

To make shopping easy and hassle-free for you, first select your delivery city and the we have categorized our products in different categories. You have the option to choose products from categories like Flowers http://www.localbox.in/flowers, Cakes http://www.localboxin/cakes and Gifts http://www.localbox.in/gifts/ You can also choose products based on an occasion. Delivery information

Q. Where all do you deliver?

We currently deliver in all cities of Vidharbha excluding Gadchilori cities of delivery are Nagpur, Amravati, Akola, Chandarpur, Wardha, Yavatmal, Washim, Gondia & Bhandara Click here to see our list of Serviceable Cities.

Q. Is there any particular time of delivery?

All orders are delivered during business hours (8 AM – 10 PM), unless you have opted for a Midnight or a Fixed time delivery.

Q. Can I choose my time of delivery?

By paying additional delivery charge, you have the option to choose a Fixed Time slot for delivery.

Q. Can I get the order delivered midnight?

We understand the emotions of celebrating an occasion on its eve. That’s why we have an option of a Midnight delivery for our customers. With an additional delivery charge, you can get your order delivered between 23:00 to 00:30 hours on the date you choose. You need to select date occasion on its eve properly & correctly to avoid midnight delivery confusion. Eg : If the birthday is on 12 Dec, and need midnight delivery we suggest you to please select date occasion as 11 Dec & time slot as midnight

Q. Are there any shipping charges?

There are no Shipping Charges for Standard Delivery and all couriers delivered

Q. What is the mode of delivery?

We have following 1 modes of delivery – hand delivery and courier.

Q. I don’t want to disclose my personal information to the recipient, how do I place the order?

We totally understand the surprise element. You can write to us at support@localbox.in or call us at +91-9967211113 (08:00 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and let us know.

Q. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

As soon as your order is confirmed, you will receive an email & SMS along with your order number.

Q. What do the different order statuses mean?

  • Payment received: We have received the payment of your order and your order is ready to be executed.
  • Payment declined: The payment for your order has failed.
  • Order confirmed: Your order is confirmed. It will be delivered as per the date and time slot chosen by you.
  • Out for delivery: Your order is out for delivery.
  • Order delivered: Your order has been delivered.
  • Delivery attempted: We tried to attempt to deliver your order but could not because the recipient was unable/recipient?s number was not reachable/premises was locked/address was incomplete/incorrect.
  • Returned to origin: Our courier partner tried to deliver your order thrice but could not because the recipient was unable/recipient?s number was not reachable/premises was locked/address was incomplete/incorrect.

Q. Are there any extra charges for same day delivery?

There are no extra charges for same day Standard Time Delivery. There is a minimal delivery charge for Tatkal Delivery, On the way, same day Fixed Time and Midnight delivery.

Q. What is Tatkal Delivery

Standard time for delivery should be 4-6 hours from the time of order placement; orders must be received by LocalBox.in before 6:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST. There are selected/ limited items which are for tatkal delivery, customer should take a note of it while selecting items for tatkal delivery. For Tatkal Delivery which will be made between 11.00 am to 00.30 pm (Midnight) the chosen delivery date.

Q. What is On The Way Delivery

When recipient is traveling, We encourage deliveries to be done at airport, bus stop( private & government) & railway station. Standard time taken will be at-least 3 hours, orders must be received by LocalBox.in before 6:30 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST, For on the way delivery, delivery will be made between 11.00 pm to 10.30 pm on the chosen delivery date.

Q. What is Same Day Delivery

For Same-day standard time delivery, orders must be received by LocalBox.in before 5:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST. For Same-day midnight delivery, orders must be received by LocalBox.in before 7:00 pm, Monday – Sunday, IST.

Q. What is Midnight Delivery

Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, delivery will be made between 11.00 pm to 00.30 am(Midnight) on the chosen delivery date.

Q. What is Fix Time Delivery

You can choose your fixed time of delivery between 9:00 am to 10:30 pm. We cannot commit the exact time for delivery. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the order will be delivered +30 or -30 minutes as per selected time.  

Order modification/Cancellation

Q. How can I make a change in my order or cancel it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please call us at +919967211113 or email us at support@localbox.in Note: Order modification/cancellation in a domestic order, please give at least 24 hours? notice before the requested delivery date. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make changes. Order modification/cancellation in an international order, please give at least 48 hours? notice. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make changes. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, we won’t be able to cancel it or make changes.

Q. How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

It takes up to 24 hours? time to process a cancellation request.

Q. What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Your refund amount shall be credited to the same Debit card/Credit card/Mobile wallet through which the payment was made.  

Return and Refund Policy

Q. What is localbox.in Return Policy?

No returns are allowed. However, in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent, do let us know at the earliest. You can write to us at support@localbox.in or call us at+919967211113 (08:30 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday).

Q. How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that the item may be damaged during transit or that a wrong item is delivered to you. Don?t worry. You can write to us at support@localbox.in or call us at +91 9967211113 (08:30 AM-10:30 PM, Monday-Sunday) and we will take care of it.

Q. What are the cases where a refund will not be made?

We do not guarantee refund for cases where:
  • Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products and preserved items are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
  • Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product.
  • Cancellation/modification request in a Domestic order made less than 24 hours? prior to the date of delivery. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full

Q. When will the refunded amount be credited back to my account?

Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. Offline refund is credited once the customer shares the bank details post which it takes 5-7 working days.

Q. I am unhappy with my order!

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy. Your smile is our promise! No frowns. If any, we’ll tilt the curve. Just let us know how we failed to meet your expectations and we will fix it at the earliest.
